As an empath, I usually sense and take on the emotions and feelings of those around me, including my clients. As I did my energetic clearing every night, I realized I needed more help for those days when I attended events and concerts or had many clients in one day.

This is the bath salt I have used to clear my energetic and physical body. These bath salts included:

I use these salts in two ways:

I add some of these bath salts into my bath and intend to clear my physical and energetic body.

Or on days I don’t have the time for a bath, and I just came from an event, I will dissolve a handful in water and then scrub it in my body.
